This policy describes how Espina Trade handles personal information on this website. Espina Trade is currently a catalog preview: checkout does not submit an order, payments are disabled, and the site does not offer customer accounts.
2. Information We Handle
- Communications. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.
- Technical information. Our hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and error logs.
- Browser storage. The site stores a local acknowledgement after you dismiss the browser-storage notice. The shopping cart otherwise remains in the current browser session.
Although the preview checkout contains sample contact and address fields, the form is not submitted by this website. Do not enter payment, medical, or other sensitive information.
3. How We Use Information
- Respond to questions and support requests.
- Operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website.
- Prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
- Keep records that are reasonably necessary to resolve a request or protect legal rights.

The current site uses local browser storage only to remember that you dismissed our storage notice. This preference is not used for advertising or analytics. You can remove it through your browser settings. Hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary security or routing technologies outside the application code.

Espina Trade does not provide symptom assessments, health questionnaires, or personalized health profiles. Browsing supplement categories can nevertheless reveal interests. We do not use those interests to build an advertising profile. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive health information by email.
7. Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Browser storage remains on your device until you clear it. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to Espina Trade, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. You may also have rights concerning sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; Espina Trade does not conduct those activities in the current storefront.
